All La Mune pieces are carefully curated, handcrafted, or made to order. Due to the nature of our collections, slight variations, marks, patina, irregularities, or tonal differences may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness and character of each piece.
All product dimensions are approximate and may present slight variations due to artisanal manufacturing processes.
Once a purchase is completed, the selected piece will be reserved for the client.
Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise specified. Our team can assist in arranging delivery worldwide upon request. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, preparation process, and shipping method selected.
For made-to-order pieces, including sofas, upholstery, and custom furniture, production begins once the order has been confirmed.
La Mune reserves the right to make minor adjustments or improvements to materials and finishes when necessary, always respecting the essence and quality of the original design.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the exclusive, artisanal, made-to-order, and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns once an order has been confirmed.
In the unlikely event that a piece arrives damaged during transport, our team will carefully assess the situation and offer the most appropriate solution depending on the nature of the piece and the damage involved. This may include restoration, repair, replacement of specific elements, or, where possible, replacement of the piece.
Only in cases where a piece cannot reasonably be repaired, restored, or replaced, a refund may be considered.
Any transport damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs of the packaging and the piece.
