I am Milena Vallo, founder of Lamune, and for over ten years I have devoted my life to interior design, furniture creation, and the search for pieces with soul.

My work grows from a deeply personal relationship with materials, textures, and forms that convey calm, balance, and emotion. I am drawn to creating spaces that feel lived in, serene, and honest, where every element has meaning and time.

I was born in Switzerland in 1984 and have spent most of my life in Galicia, a place that has profoundly shaped the way I understand light, space, and the passage of time. My passion for design, antiques, and unique pieces has been shaped through extensive travel around the world, from remote regions of Asia to different parts of Europe. Each experience has added sensitivity, knowledge, and depth to my way of creating.

Lamune reflects an ongoing and open search. An exploration of materials, cultures, and horizons. From washed linens and handcrafted woods to singular pieces sourced from India, China, Indonesia, Northern Europe, and various regions of Spain. Every object and every design is the result of a conscious choice, guided by emotion and respect for materiality.

Designing sofas, creating bespoke furniture, and shaping spaces is a natural form of expression for me. Lamune was born from that passion turned into craft, with the intention of creating interiors that feel serene, timeless, and deeply human.
